Obtained through a careful process of the infusion of Tuscan botanicals, most of which come from Villa Ugo in Cortona, GINO° represents a new link between Tuscan quality and the Sabatini family’s interest in high-end aperitifs.

Proudly Italian, this beverage is beverage that is capable of satisfying the most demanding palates through its blend of 5 botanicals: sage, thyme, olive leaves, lavender and lemon verbena. The aromatic balance carries the drinker on a sensory journey through the Mediterranean aromas and flavors of our beloved Tuscany.

INGREDIENTS
60 ml Sabatini Gino° – Tonic Water – Slice of lemon

PREPARATION
Pour Sabatini Gino ° into a glass full to the brim with ice, fill with tonic water and serve with a slice of lemon.

INGREDIENTS
50 ml Sabatini Gino° – 20 ml olive brine – Green Olive

PREPARATION
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour Sabatini Gino ° and the pickled olives. Mix with a spoon and then strain the liquid into a previously cooled cup. Serve with a green olive.

IL CEDRATINO°

INGREDIENTS
50 ml Sabatini Gino° – 30 ml wildflower honey – 20 ml Fresh lime juice – Cedrata – Sprig of rosemary

PREPARATION
In a shaker with ice, pour all the ingredients except the Cedrata. Shake vigorously and then pour the liquid into a glass filled with ice. Complete with the Cedrata and serve with a sprig of rosemary.

INGREDIENTS
60 ml Sabatini Gino° – 20 ml lemon juice – 10 g of sugar – 3 sage leaves – 2 lemon peels – 2 drops of balsamic vinegar – Tonic water

PREPARATION
In a shaker, lightly press the sage, lemon zest and sugar. Remove the peels and leaves and pour all the ingredients except the tonic into the shaker.
Shake and pour into a glass filled with ice. Complete the drink with the tonic, the drops of balsamic vinegar and serve with sage and lemon zest.

INGREDIENTS
60 ml Sabatini Gino° – 30 ml Lemon Juice – 4 fresh raspberries – Grapefruit soda as top – Lemon peel – 20 ml Simple Syrup

PREPARATION
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker except the soda. Strain the drink into a glass filled with ice and top with the grapefruit soda. Serve with a lemon peel.

60 ml Sabatini Gino° – 15 ml lime juice – Top Coca Cola – Fine salt – Lime peel

PREPARATION
Garnish the glass with fine salt, add the ice and the ingredients. Mix the drink with a spoon and serve with a lime peel.
